- Consumers won&#039;t shift their basket despite not liking them as there is simply no viable alternative.
- I believe that our primary industry and agriculture sector is being severely damaged by the duopoly.... and could even lead to food security issues.
- Loss leading products (high frequency purchases like milk, bread, cereal, frozen food, spreads) are cheaper via using market power to squeeze supplier margins. Other items are inflated. 

Eventually Coles &amp; WW will be hurt when the on-line sector matures enough to handle perishable foods and some startup will show them how it&#039;s done - their infrastructure of stores (1500+) will make them unsuccessfully fight the tide.
